("Company") sets forth this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") concerning the provision of personal information (refers to personal information as defined in Article 2, Clause 1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information) by users of the NOMON web site (refers to parties using the services provided on and through the NOMON web site by the Company) and the exercise of due care in its management and protection such that these users can utilize the service with safety and peace of mind.
